Meditation is a practice that anyone can benefit from. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation and complication around this simple practice. This course will show you a clear, enjoyable, and easy way to meditate.

Meditation techniques are often taught in a rigorous, strict kind of way. This leads some people to believe that there is only one way to meditate.

In actuality, there are hundreds of ways to meditate. Once you learn the steps you can pick a method that works for you.

In this course I will teach you a simple breath meditation, chanting meditation, laughing meditation, and guided meditation. You can take what you learn in this course and apply it to gardening, walking, or any other methodical tasks or exercise.

This course will teach you simple, effective meditation practices that transcend a specific discipline, giving you a clear way to understand and utilize any meditation practice you come across.

Ezina Meet your Instructor

The course is created by Ezina LeBlanc, who has over 20 years of experience with meditation and the healing arts. Ezina has studied Zen meditation, Buddhist meditation, kundalini meditation, Transcendental meditation, as well as Vipassana meditation.


This course is structured to give you an understanding of meditation as well as having you experience mindfulness meditation with the eight included mindfulness meditation videos/mp3s.

The course will take about 6 hours to complete, but you will be able to use the meditation mp3's frequently as you get used to practicing meditation.

This course is for those interested in meditation. It is a beginner's course, so it probably isn't suited to those already highly knowledgeable on meditation or mindfulness.
