Sara Blakely founder of Spanx has dedicated 5 million dollars to assist female-owned businesses that have been affected by the Coronavirus. She stated that she started her business with $5000.00 so she is offering $5000 to 1000 women who have been impacted by the virus.

Sophia Amoruso founder of Girl Boss has dedicated millions to assist female-owned businesses. The Girlboss Foundation is a semi-annual grant awarded to female entrepreneurs pursuing creative endeavors. Each grant beneficiary will receive $15,000 in project funding, plus exposure through the Girlboss platform and community. Facebook Small Business Grant. Facebook has earmarked $100 Million to help small businesses get through the coronavirus pandemic. To qualify you must have 2 employees. Before you start jamming up my feed, yes you and your assistant count. This one is offered worldwide so don’t delay apply today cause once those funds are gone…they are gone.

Federal Government Paycheck Protection Program

The Paycheck Protection Program, a federal relief program intended to provide small businesses with forgivable loans to keep workers employed during the COVID-19 crisis. Both the Senate and House voted and approved $349 billion dollars in funding. With this loan, you have to work with a lender (bank) so Click Here To Find A Bank.

Small Business Administration 

UPDATE- May 6, 2020 Funds are exhausted for all business types except Agriculture.

The Emergency Injury Disaster Loan provides between $1,000-$10,000 to small businesses who have been affected.

Apple Music is offering advances! Bam! You’re Welcome!

Apple Music has created a $50 million advance fund to help independent labels and distributors weather the downturn due to coronavirus.

The funds will be available through a one-time advanced payment on future royalties for labels and distributors that earn over $10,000 in quarterly revenue from Apple Music. Labels and distributors must have a direct distribution deal with Apple Music and thus cannot be distributed by major labels.







The Recording Academy® and its affiliated charitable foundation MusiCares® have established the COVID-19 Relief Fund to help our peers in the music community affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.


The Actors Fund has partnered with other entertainment industry organizations to provide emergency financial assistance to those in immediate financial need. Funds are available to union and non-union workers in the entertainment and the performing arts.

Tip: You may be eligible for more than one fund.

MPTF provides temporary financial assistance for needs created or complicated by the COVID-19 pandemic. They help with issues including health insurance, mental health assistance, rent, food, and other essentials.  Their eligibility requirements have been broadened to be of assistance to the most people possible.  Call 323-634-3888 for assistance
